The fee schedule listed above is based on a total number of events forecasted through December 2008 events. The events can be utilized within multiple subsidiaries and/or divisions. Specific dates for the events are not required at the inception of the agreement, and can be designated on an "as needed" basis throughout the year. All contracts must be authorized and have payment received prior to first event on contract.
