For some events, we use traditional booth environments, whereby each company is provided an 8'x10' booth with a table, chairs and signage. • Company Logo in Marketing Campaign Your company name and logo will be featured in a variety of display advertising and marketing materials to promote each event. By using the names and logos of each company in advertisements, we maximize the drawing power of multiple high-caliber, nationally prominent companies and thereby attract candidates with significantly varied industry backgrounds. • Online Exposure and Traffic Link Your company's logo will be displayed on the HireQuest.com Website so that candidates can click on your logo and link directly to your company's Web site for further information. This will provide great ³pre-event" and ³post-event" exposure to online candidates. • Applicant Career Guide Your company is profiled in the Career Guide Directory in order to increase exposure and educate candidates more specifically about your business, positions available, and profile requirements. This guide is given to all candidates upon registration and assists in matching their backgrounds with company profiles. You can also upgrade your ad to a custom 7"x4.5"full graphic design to create even greater candidate awareness. • Priority Location You will be provided your choice of booth or suite location at each event in order to maximize candidate flow on a first-come first-served basis. Please register early. • Sign with Corporate Logo Each company is provided a laminated sign with their company logo to identify their booth location. • Breakfast and Refreshments In order to maximize your day of recruiting, you and your recruiters will be provided breakfast and refreshments at each event. • Copies of all Applicant Resumes After each event, your company will have the option to receive copies of all non-confidential resumes collected in order to track additional candidates who may have missed you at the event. Taking advantage of this amenity guarantees access to hundreds of candidate backgrounds from each Expo attended. • Candidate Pre-Screening As an optional upgrade, HireQuest provides the ability to prescreen all candidates prior to interviewing with your company. Pre-screening is conducted based on professional experience, education, and industry experience. This is a great way to narrow the field of candidates creating a more efficient day. • Vinyl Banner with Color Logo An optional 2'x6' corporate banner (two color) featuring your company logo can be purchased to be displayed in your booth or outside your suite, increasing visibility and maximizing exposure.
